نبذة عن الوظيفة
تسعى بوابة الشرق الأوسط القانونية إلى تعيين محامٍ للانضمام إلى فريق التقاضي. يتطلب الدور خبرة عملية في مجال التقاضي ومهارات كتابة وصياغة قانونية متميزة.
المهام الرئيسية
- متابعة القضايا وإدارة ملفاتها والالتزام بالمواعيد والإجراءات القضائية.
- إعداد اللوائح، المذكرات، والمرافعات القانونية.
الملف المطلوب
- سيرة ذاتية محدثة.
- نموذج من الكتابة القانونية من إعداد المتقدم مع حجب أسماء الأطراف والمعلومات السرية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في التقاضي.
- مهارات ممتازة في الكتابة والصياغة القانونية.
- قدرة قوية على البحث القانوني وتحليل الوقائع وبناء الحجج.
