Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administrator

About the role

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Administrator will manage, maintain, and enhance the organization’s ERP platform. Working closely with finance and other business units, the role ensures the system supports operational and financial goals through automation, reporting, and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure D365 Finance & Operations, including settings, workflows, security roles, and business processes.
• Manage application updates, patches, and new feature deployments while ensuring performance and data integrity.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and recommend system improvements.
• Design and implement process improvements, automate manual tasks, and test new Microsoft features.
• Develop and maintain Power BI and D365 reports, automate recurring dashboards, and support management reporting.
• Coordinate integrations between D365 F&O and other enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, and work with external vendors.
• Handle change and release management, including testing, deployment, and documentation of configurations.
• Provide user support, resolve helpdesk tickets, create training materials, and conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering scalable business solutions in a finance‑focused environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Azure, and ERP system administration.
