Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

About the role

INSIGHT Business Solutions is seeking a full‑time Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join its Amman office. You will work directly with international clients, analysing business processes and designing functional solutions across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, Retail and HR modules.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements through workshops and interviews.
• Configure, test and validate Dynamics 365 functional components.
• Prepare functional specifications and support data‑migration activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement customisations and integrations.
• Deliver user training sessions, demonstrations and post‑go‑live support.
• Continuously improve implementation methodologies and troubleshoot functional issues.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of business processes in operations, supply chain, retail or finance.
• Experience in client engagement, requirements gathering and solution design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Amman and travel as needed.
