Mid‑Senior Flutter Mobile Developer (Jordan)

About the role

Business and Finance Consulting (BFC) is seeking a Mid‑Senior Flutter Mobile Developer to build the ISA mobile application for the Future Skills Fund (FSF) in Jordan. The role is contract‑based, remote, and focuses on delivering a bilingual iOS/Android app that integrates with FSF‑provided APIs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the ISA mobile app using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms according to the approved functional specifications.
• Implement offline read‑only access, secure authentication with biometric login, and a WebSocket‑based real‑time chat feature.
• Provide full Arabic/English localization with right‑to‑left layout support.
• Integrate push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging and set up crash and analytics reporting.
• Work independently with the API contracts, raise clarifying questions, and collaborate with the Technical Product Owner on contract definition.
• Deliver milestone‑based builds, obtain functional testing approval, and hand over production‑ready iOS and Android packages.
• Maintain a clean, atomic commit history using Conventional Commits and keep documentation up‑to‑date throughout the project.
• Transfer all source code, assets, and documentation to FSF’s GitHub organization at project completion.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of production experience delivering shipped Flutter applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle on iOS and Android.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and communicate proactively.
