Mobile Developer (Flutter)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mobile Developer (Flutter) to join our team at CFI. You will design and develop high‑quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
• Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to deliver responsive, high‑performing features.
• Translate design mockups and business requirements into functional code.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Optimize apps for speed, responsiveness, and efficiency.
• Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code quality.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven experience building and releasing Flutter applications in production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong debugging, problem‑solving, and performance‑tuning skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required skills

• Flutter framework and Dart programming language.
• State‑management solutions such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Integration with third‑party libraries, RESTful APIs, and mobile databases (SQLite, Hive).
• Git version control (GitFlow workflow) and CI/CD pipelines for Flutter.
• Testing tools and frameworks like Mockito, Flutter Driver, and integration tests.
