Mobile Development Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile Development Expert to lead the design, development and maintenance of high‑quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework. The role will own architecture decisions, guide best practices and collaborate closely with product, design and backend teams to deliver performant, scalable apps for iOS, Android and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of Flutter‑based mobile applications, ensuring clean architecture (MVVM/MVC) and code quality.
• Define and maintain app architecture, state‑management strategy (Provider, BLoC, MobX) and integration with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Drive unit and integration testing, performance optimisation, memory management and network handling.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level developers, conduct code reviews and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, visually appealing interfaces using Flutter widgets or custom components.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing and deployment.
• Coordinate with backend, QA and product teams to plan releases and resolve high‑impact issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional mobile application development experience (iOS or Android).
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Experience building Mini Apps within super‑app ecosystems (e.g., WeChat, Alipay).
• Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development.
