About the role

Grand Mind Agency is seeking a full‑time Sales Officer to join its Amman office. The role focuses on generating new business, presenting the agency’s creative marketing services, and nurturing long‑term client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through research and outreach.
• Present agency services, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline.
• Support upselling of campaigns, attend meetings and networking events.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver high‑quality service.
• Familiarity with social media, digital marketing concepts, and creative agency services.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
• Willingness to work onsite in Amman and collaborate across functions.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or client‑facing roles, preferably in advertising or media.
• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Adaptable, proactive problem‑solver with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
