Multi Property Director of Rooms

About the role

The Multi Property Director of Rooms acts as the strategic leader for hotel operations across multiple properties. This senior role oversees key departments such as Front Office, Recreation/Health Club, Housekeeping, and Laundry, ensuring brand standards and guest expectations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide operational strategies aligned with brand objectives.
• Lead department heads to achieve profitability, revenue targets, and cost control.
• Monitor financial performance, occupancy, rates, wages, and controllable expenses against budget.
• Drive guest satisfaction by reviewing feedback, addressing service issues, and ensuring corrective actions.
• Foster employee engagement and positive owner relations while maximizing overall financial performance.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Proven experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales & marketing, or management operations within the hospitality sector.
