Multi Property Executive Chef

About the role

The Multi Property Executive Chef will lead the culinary operations for Al Manara Luxury Collection Hotel, Saraya Aqaba and The Westin Saraya Aqaba Resort & Spa. Reporting to senior hotel management, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality food across all outlets while driving guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations for multiple properties, including banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge and employee cafeteria.
• Manage and develop kitchen staff, set performance standards, and ensure consistent training and mentorship.
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation and hygiene standards in all preparation and support areas.
• Control purchasing, inventory and cost, develop budgeting guidelines and monitor financial results.
• Introduce new cooking techniques and equipment, and continuously improve menus to meet guest expectations.
• Coordinate staffing levels, scheduling and employee relations to meet operational and financial goals.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of progressive culinary experience, or a 2‑year degree in Culinary Arts/Hotel & Restaurant Management with at least 4 years of experience.
• Proven leadership in a multi‑outlet or multi‑property hotel environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and integrity.
