Multi Property Sales Executive

About the role

The Multi Property Sales Executive will drive revenue across several Marriott hotels in Amman by delivering personalized service, maximizing guest loyalty, and promoting the Marriott brand.

Key responsibilities

• Contact the appropriate department (sales, accounting, etc.) to resolve guest requests and problems.
• Apply sales techniques and up‑selling strategies to increase revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Determine and provide complimentary gifts such as reward points, tickets, or certificates.
• Promote Marriott’s brand image both internally and externally.
• Process Marriott Rewards redemptions and manage reservation requests, changes, and cancellations via phone, fax or mail.
• Enter reservation and rewards information into the Marriott reservation system.
• Answer, record, and resolve guest calls, questions, and concerns.
• Perform general office duties supporting Sales & Marketing (filing, emailing, typing, faxing).
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, serving as a role model.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of related sales or hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation system operation.
