Multimedia Designer & Studio Coordinator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing media production and digital marketing startup seeking a passionate, full‑stack content creator to manage our studio environment, oversee technical production from start to finish, and deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client requirements, schedule shoots, and prepare creative scripts including hooks, core text and CTAs.
• Set up studio lighting, cameras and autocue systems; run multi‑camera productions both in‑studio and on‑location.
• Ingest, organize and edit raw footage; perform cuts, remove silences, apply green‑screen/chroma key removal, colour grading and export final videos.
• Maintain client relationships, follow up on upcoming sessions, write video scripts and conduct outreach calls to attract new business.

• Fast learner who is efficient, proactive in improving workflow and genuinely passionate about growth in media production.
