Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Supervisor

About the role

The Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Supervisor will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of MS Pharma's HSE management system. This role ensures compliance with local, regional and international regulations while safeguarding employees, assets and the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop all HSE functions, ensuring policies, procedures and systems are effectively applied.
• Maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications through regular audits and inspections.
• Develop and test emergency response plans for fire, spills, earthquakes, injuries and other incidents.
• Represent the company with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment with legal requirements.
• Plan and deliver HSE training programs for managers and staff, covering safety awareness, fire prevention and emergency protocols.
• Prepare analytical reports and studies on health, safety and environmental performance for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in occupational health, safety and environmental management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards and audit processes.
• Ability to develop emergency response strategies and conduct risk assessments.
• Excellent communication skills for liaison with authorities, internal teams and external partners.
