OCN Monitor/Escort

About the role

The OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) is responsible for safely escorting un‑cleared Local National (LN) and Other Country National (OCN) personnel and vehicles into work areas, monitoring their activities, and ensuring compliance with base security procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Escort LN/OCN personnel from entry facilities to work zones and back, maintaining continuous visual contact.
• Log in and out all LN/OCN contractors, count personnel and vehicles before and after work, and report numbers to the appropriate staff.
• Brief escorted personnel on base rules, prohibited items, and safety procedures.
• Prevent the introduction of contraband, weapons, or drugs onto the base.
• Notify the Project/Site Manager and Safety staff of unsafe conditions or suspicious behavior.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and remain alert to respond to emergencies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship and a valid U.S. passport (preferred).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Eligibility to meet all current USCENTCOM deployment policy requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a residency visa in the host nation.
• Willingness to work in extreme environmental conditions, endure long hours, and travel 100% overseas.
• Security clearance: NACI/Public Trust.
