Operations Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee all operational activities of a manufacturing business. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency, product quality, resource optimisation and continuous improvement while supporting business growth and financial sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across production, procurement, logistics, sales, customer service, finance, HR and administration.
• Develop and implement operational plans aligned with corporate objectives and monitor performance.
• Oversee production planning, scheduling and inventory management to guarantee timely delivery and minimise waste.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, operational procedures and relevant regulations.
• Participate in budgeting, cost‑control initiatives and financial reporting.
• Manage procurement, resource planning and support cost‑control measures.
• Support sales and business‑development strategies, identify improvement opportunities and build relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive management experience in manufacturing, production or operations.
• Proven experience in production planning, quality management, inventory control and supply‑chain operations.
• Professional certifications in Operations, Supply Chain, Quality Management or Lean Manufacturing are a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
