Operations & Production Coordinator

About the role

Saba & Atalla Printing Co. is hiring an Operations & Production Coordinator to support our pharmaceutical packaging production team. The role involves coordinating daily production requirements, tracking jobs and materials, following up on maintenance activities, and maintaining accurate operational records.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate pre‑print components such as plates, molds, and blankets.
• Create and track production job orders in the system and on the shop floor.
• Ensure all inputs are logged and ready for execution.
• Supervise and prioritize job execution based on timelines and urgency.
• Handle stock inventory and production materials.
• Coordinate direct local supply purchases for production needs.
• Support audit preparations, SOP creation, and crisis documentation as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations coordination.
• Comfortable working on the production floor and coordinating with operators and technicians.
• Strong Excel and documentation skills.
• Experience with ERP or production/inventory tracking systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Previous experience in printing, pharmaceutical packaging, or manufacturing is an advantage.
