Partner Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Partner Relations Manager who is fluent in Arabic and English to nurture and expand our network of partners. The role focuses on building lasting relationships, driving partner loyalty, and leveraging partnerships to strengthen our product portfolio and market reach.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner retention strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing personalized support and fostering strong relationships.
• Monitor partner satisfaction, collect feedback, and use insights to improve experiences and tailor initiatives.
• Analyze partner behavior to identify upselling and customization opportunities.
• Communicate product updates, promotions, and marketing campaigns effectively to partners.
• Relay platform improvement ideas to the Business Development team.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in partner retention.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• Relevant experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Target‑oriented, resourceful, and able to work autonomously under pressure.
• Willingness to travel abroad when required.
• Valid work permit for the location.
