Partner Relations Officer

About the role

The Partner Relations Officer will support the Partner Relations team in managing operational processes for Introducing Brokers (IBs). This position focuses on onboarding, documentation, and day‑to‑day operational support, ensuring smooth collaboration between partners and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding partners across Group entities in line with AML & KYC requirements.
• Review onboarding applications, agreements, and rebate structures.
• Configure IB rebate structures under supervision to ensure accuracy in internal systems.
• Liaise with internal departments to streamline IB processes.
• Provide assistance with operational queries such as partner portal issues or client assignment checks.
• Support rebate allocation processes for IB partners.
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure partners receive necessary materials and resources.
• Maintain accurate partner records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and increase efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in financial services, partner support or customer service is an advantage.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions accurately.
• Team‑oriented with good interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Basic analytical and organizational abilities.
