Part‑time Account Manager (Hybrid) – Amman

About the role

Fastsource.ai is seeking a part‑time Account Manager to work in a hybrid setting from Amman. You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them adopt and expand the use of the company’s AI‑driven workflow solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare regular account updates and performance reports.
• Track key metrics, analyse data and identify upselling or expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal product, support and sales teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and assist in creating proposals and presentations for existing and prospective clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, customer success or sales support, preferably within technology or SaaS environments.
• Strong communication, active listening and professional follow‑up abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for tracking client interactions.
• Ability to work with spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting.
