Performance Associate Director

About the role

The Associate Director of Performance Marketing will own strategy, execution, and optimisation of all performance‑driven initiatives for high‑profile regional brands. You will be accountable for measurable growth, efficient spend and scalable systems across paid media and programmatic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual media strategies and budgets, translating them into monthly plans based on performance trends, seasonality and business priorities.
• Lead programmatic strategy and execution, including DV360, DSPs, SSPs and premium publisher relationships.
• Own performance reporting, dashboards and insights, ensuring accurate tracking, attribution and measurement across all platforms.
• Partner with Creative and Product teams to optimise messaging, formats and landing‑page performance.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles.
• Proven experience managing large, complex marketing budgets at scale.

Required skills

• Deep expertise in paid search, paid social and programmatic buying.
• Hands‑on experience with DV360 and other DSP platforms.
• Strong analytical and data‑interpretation skills, including attribution and media measurement.
