Performance Marketing Account Executive

About the role

Chain Reaction, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in the GCC and Levant, is looking for a performance marketing account executive to join its growing team and work on some of the region's most exciting brands. The role covers the full range of performance campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and other third-party digital media.

Key responsibilities

• Strategize, create, monitor, maintain and optimize a high volume of campaigns across Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager and other digital media outlets.
• Manage campaigns to meet clients' ROI goals and respond quickly to optimization suggestions from digital strategists.
• Analyze performance continuously and report on digital campaigns, including key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives.
• Calculate cost per lead, project spend, and adjust to demand and seasonality.
• Manage budgets efficiently across all engines and campaigns.
• Create compelling pay-per-click text ads and run A/B testing on them.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Marketing and advertising background is a big plus.

Required skills

• Google Ads (AdWords) and Google Analytics.
• Keyword research, campaign buildout, ad creation, A/B copy testing and bid management.
• Extensive experience with the Google Content Network and display advertising.
• Retargeting/remarketing.
