Performance Marketing Manager – Crypto

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimise digital acquisition campaigns within the crypto ecosystem. You will own paid‑media strategy, drive user acquisition, and boost trading volume across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and trading activity.
• Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter (X), TikTok and crypto‑specific networks.
• Optimise campaigns using CPA, CAC, conversion rates and ROI metrics.
• Allocate and monitor marketing budgets across channels.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages and creative assets.
• Provide data‑driven insights to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and creative teams.
• Stay current with crypto marketing trends, regulations and industry developments.
• Oversee external agencies and advertising partners when needed.
• Lead and mentor performance‑marketing specialists.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Digital Media.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, trading or blockchain is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of paid‑media platforms and analytics tools.
