Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Amman. The role will own paid digital campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition and ROI optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns to meet lead generation and acquisition targets.
• Track and improve key metrics such as Cost per Lead (CPL), Cost per Acquisition (CPA), conversion rate and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Conduct A/B testing and ongoing ad experimentation to boost performance.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels.
• Implement and maintain tracking pixels, conversion tracking and analytics tools for accurate measurement.
• Monitor daily performance and make data‑driven optimisation decisions.
• Analyse audience behaviour, campaign results and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing Meta, Google and TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimisation and performance metrics.
• Very good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
