Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Amman. The role focuses on planning, executing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok to generate leads, acquire customers and maximise return on ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Set up, monitor and optimise campaigns to meet lead‑generation and acquisition targets.
• Track and improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing and ongoing ad experiments to boost performance.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels.
• Implement and maintain tracking pixels, conversion tracking and analytics tools.
• Monitor daily performance and make data‑driven optimisation decisions.
• Analyse audience behaviour, campaign results and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of hands‑on experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta, Google and TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Very good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
