Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Dafater is seeking a hands‑on Growth Marketing Specialist to drive digital acquisition, conversion and measurable demand generation across the Saudi Arabian market. You will own the full acquisition journey, from campaign creation to commercial outcomes, using performance marketing, CRO and modern analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise digital acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant channels.
• Drive acquisition toward qualified leads and downstream commercial performance, not just clicks or traffic.
• Analyse the full acquisition journey from campaign engagement through landing pages, lead capture, CRM qualification and commercial outcomes.
• Partner with Sales to improve lead quality using CRM feedback and adjust audiences, offers and creative.
• Improve landing pages, forms and digital customer journeys through structured CRO, A/B testing and experimentation.
• Build actionable performance reporting that explains what happened, why it happened and what should happen next.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS or FinTech.
• Proven experience running and optimising digital acquisition campaigns targeting the Saudi Arabian market.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data from GA4, Google Tag Manager, CRM and BI tools.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
