Picker Supervisor

About the role

The Picker Supervisor oversees daily picking operations within the stores, ensuring orders are prepared accurately, efficiently, and on time. This full‑time, on‑site position in Amman leads picker teams, assigns tasks, and monitors performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise picker teams and manage shift schedules.
• Assign picking tasks, monitor performance, and coach team members.
• Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and dispatch teams to resolve operational issues.
• Optimize workflows to meet service‑level and productivity targets.
• Track key performance indicators and report operational metrics.
• Support implementation of new processes and technology tools.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in stores, fulfillment, or operations supervision, preferably in fast‑paced retail or on‑demand delivery.
• Strong leadership, performance management, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Solid understanding of picking, packing, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Ability to work with KPIs, analyze data, and drive improvements.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• High school diploma required; vocational certificate or degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
