Podcast Producer & Channel Growth Internship

About the role

The Podcast Producer & Channel Growth Intern will support the full lifecycle of MANinaCUBE’s AI‑focused podcast, from planning and recording to publishing and promotion. Working remotely, the intern collaborates with the host and guests to deliver high‑quality audio and video content for a growing audience in the MEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recording sessions on Riverside, edit full episodes and create short‑form clips, reels and highlights.
• Prepare episode outlines, questions, thumbnails, titles, descriptions and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Research, invite and coordinate guests, maintain a pipeline of prospective speakers and handle pre‑ and post‑recording communications.
• Monitor channel metrics, respond to audience comments, and propose ideas to increase reach and engagement.
• Repurpose podcast material into newsletters, written posts and other promotional assets.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student or recent graduate (0–2 years experience) with strong organization skills.
• Interest in podcasts, technology, artificial intelligence and media production.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Riverside for remote recording.
• Basic video and audio editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript or similar.
• Experience creating short‑form content for LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Instagram or TikTok.
• Proficiency with Canva or comparable design platforms for thumbnails and branding.
