Polisher - Painter

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Polisher‑Painter to join our hospitality team in Amman. The role involves applying and maintaining high‑quality finishes on walls, ceilings, furniture and other surfaces across our property.

Key responsibilities

• Apply paint, stain, varnish and other finishes using brushes, rollers or spray guns.
• Prepare surfaces by applying primers, stripping, sanding, wire‑brushing or abrasive blasting.
• Cover and protect areas during work and post appropriate signage.
• Remove old finishes and clean, store tools and equipment after each job.
• Coordinate colour selections and adjustments with vendors.
• Follow all company safety, security and confidentiality policies.
• Assist guests courteously and maintain a professional appearance.
• Perform physical tasks such as reaching overhead, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lb.

Required profile

• Technical, trade or vocational school degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant painting/polishing experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Amman.
• Willingness to follow safety training and certifications.

Required skills

• Painting and staining application.
• Surface preparation (sanding, stripping, abrasive blasting).
• Operation of spray guns, brushes and rollers.
• Colour coordination with vendors.
• Ladder use and basic physical handling of materials up to 50 lb.
