About the role

This role ensures the smooth and effective functioning of a preschool, providing a safe, enriching, and supportive environment for children, families, and staff. You will manage daily operations and drive the centre’s commitment to early childhood excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily preschool operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic enrollment plans to optimise student capacity.
• Hire, manage, and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative high‑performing team.
• Contribute to curriculum development aligned with best practices.
• Manage budgets, track expenses and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents through clear communication.
• Oversee vendor relationships and facilities management to maintain a functional learning environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in nursery or early‑childhood operations management.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
