About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher Assistant to support our early‑learning classroom at Cadence Academy Preschool. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow.

Key responsibilities

• Create a cozy, nurturing space where children feel safe to play and learn.
• Collaborate with lead teachers to deliver age‑appropriate, engaging curriculum.
• Document and share children’s milestones with parents.
• Encourage curiosity through play, language, and activities while maintaining safety.
• Model kindness and positive social behaviors.
• Contribute ideas for daily schedules that balance quiet time, active play, indoor/outdoor activities, and fine/gross motor development.

Required profile

• Meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
• Flexible and willing to work within standard business hours.
• Preferred experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
