About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Chef to join an exclusive luxury household in Jordan. The successful candidate will create bespoke, high‑quality culinary experiences for the family and their guests, respecting privacy and delivering impeccable service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepare daily menus using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
• Deliver sophisticated international cuisine, with strong expertise in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, European and contemporary fine‑dining styles.
• Create bespoke menus for intimate family meals, formal dinners and private events.
• Source premium ingredients, manage kitchen suppliers and maintain an immaculate kitchen.
• Collaborate seamlessly with household staff, management and external service providers.
• Uphold strict confidentiality, privacy and security at all times.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Private Chef or in luxury hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to work with high‑net‑worth families or elite clientele.
• Strong knowledge of dietary requirements and bespoke nutrition.
• Polished personal presentation and professional conduct.
• Ability to work independently while integrating naturally into a private household.

Required skills

• International cuisine expertise (Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, European, contemporary fine dining).
• Menu planning and bespoke menu creation.
• Ingredient sourcing and supplier management.
• Understanding of dietary restrictions and nutrition.
