Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead procurement strategies and projects across JORAMCO, ensuring timely delivery of aircraft material, tooling, commercial material, and services. The role supports operational efficiency while upholding high quality and ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost‑effective procurement strategies, policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Manage daily purchasing activities, supervise staff, allocate tasks and control the procurement budget.
• Analyze demand forecasts, streamline inventory control for slow‑moving and obsolete material, and ensure material availability for production targets.
• Draft RFQs/RFPs, conduct bid reviews and price analyses, and negotiate price reductions, payment terms, delivery schedules and shipping options with suppliers.
• Source reliable suppliers, maintain supplier performance dashboards, and prepare regular procurement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field; MBA highly preferred.
• 10‑12+ years of procurement, logistics or supply‑chain experience, including at least 3 years as a procurement manager, preferably in aerospace or aircraft industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong command of English.
