Product Designer (UI/UX)

About the role

Servme is looking for an experienced Product Designer (UI/UX) to own the end‑to‑end design of key product experiences for its hospitality platform. The role combines strategic problem framing with pixel‑level execution, delivering intuitive interfaces that simplify complex restaurant, café and hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full design process – research, wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity UI and handoff – for assigned product areas.
• Translate complex hospitality workflows such as reservations, table management, guest profiles and CRM into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Partner with Product Managers to define problems, scope solutions and prioritize design work.
• Conduct or contribute to user research, usability testing and feedback sessions to validate decisions.
• Create and maintain interactive prototypes and design specifications ready for engineering handoff.
• Contribute to and evolve Servme’s design system across web and mobile.
• Collaborate with Engineering during implementation to ensure design fidelity.
• Present design rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Mentor junior designers as the team grows.

Required profile

• 6–7+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer or similar, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design from discovery to shipped product.
