Product Designer – UX/UI for AI‑Powered Short‑Term Rental Platform

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑driven platform that simplifies short‑term rental management. We are looking for a highly ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex operational workflows into simple, beautiful experiences. You will work directly with the founders and engineering team to create intuitive interfaces for property managers, operational teams, and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end product experiences, including dashboards, reservation workflows, guest communications, cleaning, maintenance and finance modules.
• Create AI interaction panels that let users configure agents, understand decisions and intervene when needed.
• Develop onboarding flows that help operators connect channels, add properties and start gaining value quickly.
• Produce booking and guest journey screens for direct bookings, check‑ins, extensions and upsells.
• Build and maintain a design system with reusable components and consistent interaction patterns.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, handle real data, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Test concepts early, gather feedback and iterate post‑launch.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and high‑quality visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards or applications with complex workflows.
• Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information while keeping essential details visible.
• Proven track record of working directly with engineers and seeing designs through to production.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to receive constructive feedback.
• High ownership, attention to detail and comfort with evolving requirements.
