Product Engineer – Full‑Stack AI Startup

About the role

Our client, a YC‑backed AI startup, is hiring a Product Engineer to take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and engaging directly with users to delivering production‑ready features. This role focuses on AI‑driven customer experience infrastructure used by enterprises across Europe, the US, and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Identify product opportunities by proactively spotting gaps and proposing improvements.
• Engage directly with users to understand problems first‑hand.
• Deliver end‑to‑end full‑stack features using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Own quality through code reviews, testing, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Engineering team to incorporate user feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping software products.
• Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js skills with ability to own full‑stack features independently.
• Strong product sense and ability to propose solutions.
• Ability to deliver quickly without compromising code quality.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and prioritising feedback.
• Final engagement conditional on an acceptable criminal‑record check.
