Product Owner – AI Customer Experience Platform

About the role

Lucidya is an AI‑native platform that turns customer conversations into actionable insights and actions. As a Product Owner you will sit at the centre of product delivery, translating customer problems, business priorities and product strategy into clear, actionable work for engineering and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create clarity by converting feedback, business requests and technical requirements into well‑defined user stories, acceptance criteria and workflows.
• Own squad readiness, ensuring backlog items are fully prepared before development starts.
• Partner with Product Managers to break large initiatives into smaller, valuable releases that deliver customer value quickly.
• Drive productive collaboration across product, design, engineering, QA and customer‑facing teams, aligning on priorities, scope and outcomes.
• Challenge vague or risky assumptions by asking hard questions and clarifying priorities.
