Product Specialist LSV R&B for Middle East & Pakistan

About the role

Syngenta Seeds is seeking a Product Specialist to develop and manage product strategies for the LSV R&B portfolio across the Middle East and Pakistan. The role involves close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to align products with business goals and market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop product strategies for the assigned geography and define the local Target Product Profile.
• Plan and oversee trials, allocate trial seeds, and define key traits for evaluation.
• Consolidate trial reports to support advancement decisions and promotional activities.
• Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) strategy, including customer experience campaigns and variety naming.
• Assess value traits, market positioning, and propose pricing based on market trends.
• Provide strategic inputs to the regional commercial lead and maintain an understanding of market trends and competitor landscape.

Required profile

• Experience in product strategy development and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to consolidate and analyze trial data to support product decisions.
• Strong market analysis skills, including pricing and value proposition development.
• Ability to update customer needs, support portfolio health analysis, and adjust Target Product Profiles accordingly.
