Project Architect – Design Management

About the role

We are looking for a Project Architect to join Egis’s Middle‑East design team. The role involves leading the architectural design process from concept through detailed design and construction documentation, ensuring high‑quality outputs that meet client expectations and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Architect and Design Manager in delivering project design activities on schedule.
• Prepare concept designs, design delivery plans, and design management plans.
• Produce presentation materials, drawings, and reports for client and stakeholder review.
• Coordinate design efforts with multidisciplinary teams including civil, structural, MEP, interior design, landscape and specialist consultants.
• Develop and maintain BIM models, ensuring model quality in line with the BIM Coordinator’s standards.
• Assist in code compliance reviews, material and system selection, and preparation of the project’s list of deliverables.

Required profile

• Architectural degree with experience in design development and construction documentation.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining design quality.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Proactive attitude in supporting senior team members and contributing to project execution plans.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Experience with construction documentation and design coordination.
• Knowledge of building codes and material selection processes.
