Project Manager – Digital Healthcare Solutions

About the role

The Project Manager will lead technical projects in digital healthcare, overseeing analysis, development, and implementation from conception through to closure. Leveraging technical expertise, the role serves as the central interface between vendors, solution providers, and the client organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery and deployment of end‑to‑end solutions across all system layers.
• Provide oversight of organizational projects, manage the project portfolio and report to senior management.
• Prioritise projects based on business strategy and represent the project to partners and suppliers.
• Develop and execute the project charter and align the project plan with milestones.
• Coordinate schedules, dependencies and inter‑dependencies among multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, quality, budgets, resources, change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope and budget.
• Prepare comprehensive plans covering risk, quality, schedule, cost, scope, integration and change.
• Liaise with internal software development teams, healthcare providers and regulatory agencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor milestones, proactively address challenges and keep project timelines on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in project management for digital healthcare or health‑insurance technology solutions.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software and related technologies.
• Solid knowledge of Health Information Systems.
• Expertise in electronic data exchange within healthcare environments.
