Project Manager

About the role

Dar Al Omran is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of engineering consultancy and supervision projects in Aqaba. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the company’s quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multiple engineering consultancy projects from initiation through completion.
• Monitor project performance, manage scope, schedule, budget, quality and contractual requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and government authorities.
• Supervise and motivate project teams and site supervision staff, providing coaching and performance reviews.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction supervision, planning, quality and commercial activities.
• Participate in pricing, tender evaluation, contractor negotiations and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with Dar Al Omran’s Quality Management System and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a focus on satisfaction and problem‑solving.
• Experience leading and developing project teams.
• Capability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities.
• Understanding of contract administration and commercial management.
