Project Manager

About the role

Jo Academy, a pioneering EdTech company based in Amman, is looking for a Project Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of its digital learning projects. The role will act as the central orchestrator, ensuring initiatives move from idea to production on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional projects, guaranteeing adherence to agreed scope, budget and timeline.
• Define project scope, deliverables and roles in collaboration with stakeholders and business partners.
• Build and maintain roadmaps, release plans and dependency maps, adjusting plans based on performance insights and risk assessments.
• Map critical paths, manage cross‑department dependencies and track schedules against actual performance.
• Identify and remove blockers, enforce a strict change‑management process and assess impacts before approving scope changes.
• Escalate issues early and transparently to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage scope, schedule and risk.
• Experience in establishing structured execution frameworks and delivery discipline.
