Project Manager – Jordan MSME Evergreen Fund

About the role

The Near East Foundation is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Jordan MSME Evergreen Fund, a multi‑year programme that combines revolving financing with business development services for underserved micro, small and medium enterprises across Jordan. Reporting to the Country Director and based in Amman, the role involves frequent travel to project sites and close coordination with a wide network of partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day implementation of enterprise development, financing, post‑financing support and market‑systems strengthening activities.
• Develop and maintain work plans, implementation schedules, activity trackers and monitor key milestones.
• Coordinate with Enterprise Support Specialists, Credit Administration Specialist, Field Associates, MEAL, Finance, Operations and the Siraj network to ensure integrated delivery.
• Monitor partner performance, follow up on deliverables and address implementation challenges.
• Support engagement with financial institutions, government bodies, private‑sector actors and other MSME ecosystem stakeholders.

Required profile

• Reports directly to the Country Director.
• Based in Amman, Jordan with frequent travel between project sites.
