Project Manager – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

The Project Manager role at TAJ ALSAFA® is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Amman, Jordan. The Project Manager will oversee end‑to‑end project planning, execution, and delivery for residential and commercial developments, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align project activities.
• Monitor construction progress and resolve issues and risks promptly.
• Supervise inspections to guarantee compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Manage logistics, material flow, and site inventory control.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and local regulations.
• Prepare status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Support decision‑making and contribute to continuous improvement of project processes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience as an Expeditor with strong expediting abilities to manage suppliers, materials, and timelines.
• Background in inspection activities ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and project specifications.
• Proficiency in logistics management, covering material handling, transportation coordination, and site inventory control.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in real‑estate development or construction projects is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
