Project Performance Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Project Performance Engineer to join Egis’ engineering consultancy team. The role supports project set‑up, financial tracking and invoicing, ensuring accurate performance data across design and supervision projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project‑related data, including codes, financial records and resource information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support invoicing, cost tracking and collections in line with contract terms.
• Liaise with Finance to guarantee proper revenue tracking and compliance with financial procedures.
• Assist in operational project set‑up activities such as project code creation, budget allocation and tracking of contractual variations.
• Generate and analyse reports on project performance, reconciliation, invoicing status, cost tracking and operational KPIs for management review.
• Identify inefficiencies and provide data‑driven analysis to support decision‑making.
• Prepare documentation for audits, verify records and ensure traceability of project and financial data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, engineering consultancy or finance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good understanding of financial procedures and project control processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with project accounting and invoicing processes.
