QA Engineer

About the role

Sitech is seeking a QA Engineer to ensure the quality of its digital products. You will design and execute test scenarios, identify defects, and collaborate with developers and product teams to deliver reliable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze functional requirements and create test scenarios, cases, and edge cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing for web and mobile applications.
• Execute complete testing cycles and conduct basic API testing using Postman.
• Carry out cross‑browser UI testing to guarantee consistent user experience.
• Report, track, and manage defects in Jira, maintaining clear documentation.
• Maintain test documentation and execution records with tools such as AIO, Zephyr, or TestRail.
• Participate in requirement discussions, sprint activities, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to investigate issues and validate fixes.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and testing practices.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance testing.
• Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile development.
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) – preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills
