About the role
The QA Officer will ensure that all pharmaceutical products meet strict quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves sampling, documentation checks, and compliance with cGMP guidelines to guarantee product safety and efficacy.
Key responsibilities
- Perform sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, semi‑finished and finished products.
- Conduct acceptance sampling, cleaning verification sampling, and line clearance.
- Handle material and product reconciliation, including pharmaceutical tailing waste.
- Issue and follow up Quality Circle actions.
- Review batch records of manufacturing orders and packaging standards.
- Manage archiving and destruction of batch records.
- Monitor finished goods, shipping, and distribution store activities.
Required profile
- BSc in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or related field.
