About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to ensure our Metro by T‑Mobile stores comply with Store Operating Standards while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor store operations using a checklist to verify compliance with Store Operating Standards (SOS).
- Identify policy violations, issues, or improvement areas and report them promptly.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management to enhance store performance.
- Prepare and submit daily reports summarizing store observations and findings.
- Report any incidents, security concerns, or irregularities.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) – mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, administrative studies, or a related field.
Required skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong observation abilities.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of retail operations and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
