Quality Control Engineer

About the role

The Quality Control Engineer will work on‑site in Amman, ensuring that software products and services meet defined quality standards before release. This full‑time position involves close collaboration with development teams to deliver reliable, high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking systems.
• Validate functionality against requirements and analyze system performance.
• Participate in technical specification reviews and provide clear feedback on product quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes and documentation.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance and quality management practices across projects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication for cross‑functional collaboration and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies is highly beneficial.
