Quality Officer

About the role

Lesaffre Jordan is seeking a Quality Officer to support its food and dairy production operations. You will perform routine quality control testing and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and ISO/FSSC standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute routine QC testing of raw, in‑process and finished products (chemical, physical and microbiological) under supervision.
• Conduct packaging and hygiene checks, including package integrity, label verification, weight/volume control and sample traceability.
• Report deviations and out‑of‑specification results, support CAPA actions and contribute to data trending and root‑cause analysis.
• Coordinate quality communications with Production, Packaging, Warehouse and Logistics and deliver on‑floor quality briefings.
• Support internal and external audits, prepare documentation and assist with regulatory compliance updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry.
• 2–4 years experience in food/dairy QC or QA.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and ISO/FSSC standards.
• Strong teamwork, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
