About the role
We are seeking a fresh graduate to join Zain’s Engineering Department for a one‑year internship under the Zain Youth Program. The role focuses on radio access network (RAN) planning and supports the team in various network‑related activities.
Key responsibilities
- Support the team in RF and site planning activities.
- Assist in collecting and analysing network data.
- Contribute to Excel‑based data analysis projects.
- Help with 5G and network expansion initiatives.
- Prepare basic reports and follow up on assigned tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Telecommunications or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Attention to detail and good time‑management.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of telecommunication/RF concepts.
- Understanding of 4G and 5G network principles.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and data analysis.
- Familiarity with network KPIs.
- Basic experience with RF planning tools.
