Real Estate Consultant – Full‑time, Amman

About the role

Reach Real Estate, part of Reach World Group, is looking for a full‑time Real Estate Consultant to join its on‑site team in Amman. You will work directly with clients, understand their property needs and guide them through buying, selling or leasing processes while representing the company with professionalism and ethical conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to stay up‑to‑date on local trends and property valuations.
• Schedule and attend property viewings, prepare and update listings.
• Negotiate terms and prices, coordinating with legal and financial advisors.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions and manage client records in a CRM system.
• Build and grow a personal client portfolio, achieving defined sales targets.
• Provide ongoing support and follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of real estate, local market trends and property valuation.
• Proven sales track record with ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong negotiation abilities and ethical business practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in real‑estate consulting or brokerage in Amman or the wider region is an advantage.

Required skills

• Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads and listings.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
